Summer Peach & Prosciutto Salad

Who is ready for the salad of the summer?! This salad holds back nothing when it comes to flavor. The white balsamic marinaded peaches pair so well with the fresh prosciutto and burrata. I promise you this... try this salad and it will be one of your all time favorites.



INGREDIENTS

Arugula or Arugula/Spinach Blend

2 Large Peaches, sliced

White Balsamic Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Sugar

Prosciutto

Burrata

Torn Mint

Chopped Chives

Olive Oil

Flaky Sea Salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Marinade the sliced peaches with a few splashes of the white balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Plate the greens with the torn mint, top with torn burrata and prosciutto. Place the peaches throughout the salad and pour any remaining marinade over everything.

  3. Finish off with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped chives, and flaky salt.
