A fun and festive summer treat that looks fancy—but couldn’t be easier to make. These layered Jello cups are perfect for Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, or any backyard party where sprinkles are welcome.
What You’ll Need:
1 package red Jello (I used raspberry)
1 package blue Jello (I used blue raspberry)
2 packets clear unflavored gelatin (like Knox)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Water
Whipped cream (for topping)
Red, white, and blue sprinkles
12 small clear cups or shot glasses [shop here]
How to Make It:
Step 1: Blue Layer
Prepare the blue Jello according to the package instructions.
Pour about ¼ of the way into each cup.
Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until set.

Step 2: White Layer (Creamy Layer)
Make 2 packets of unflavored gelatin according to the package directions.
Stir in one can of sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
Once the blue layer is set, pour the white mixture gently on top—don’t rush this part!
Refrigerate again for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until fully set.

Step 3: Red Layer
Prepare the red Jello per package instructions.
Gently pour on top of the white layer and refrigerate until completely set—another 1.5 to 2 hours should do the trick.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve
Top with a swirl of whipped cream and finish with patriotic sprinkles.
Serve chilled and watch them disappear!

Pro Tips:
Want perfect layers? Use a spoon to gently pour each layer to avoid mixing colors.
Make these the night before your party so they’re ready to go!
You can swap flavors—cherry, strawberry, or even watermelon for the red; berry blue or tropical punch for the blue.
These are perfect for:
BBQs, pool parties, patriotic holidays, or any summer gathering where fun desserts are welcome.
